I bought multiple backs and haven't been able to get any of them to germinate.

Only one seed out of the bag germinated and immediately died upon being transplanted. I tried germinating in trays with a heat mat and direct sowing. All of my other varieties are flourishing with much less effort. Must be a bad batch of seeds?

The plants are prolific in producing fruit. Make sure to pick the eggplants young as they become very bitter when fully mature. When young, they have a sweet taste.
